This is a beta release of PlantSight E3D Bridge Extractor. This release has the following features.

• Convert models from PDMS to i-models. These i-models can be used in a variety of Bentley applications with both graphics, data and relationships converted into the resulting i-model from PDMS.
• i.dgn i-models are produced stand alone and do not require the installation of products such as MicroStation in order for the i.dgn file to be produced.
• .imodels can also be produced if Bentley DgnDb i-model Importer is installed. This is installed automatically with this version of PlantSight E3D Bridge Extractor.
• Convert models using either the base PDMS schema or using the OpenPlant Schema. If a model is converted using the OpenPlant schema, the converted model can be used directly in OpenPlant Isometrics Manager CONNECT Edition and/or OpenPlant Orthographics Manager CONNECT Edition.
• Convert piping and equipment from PDMS models directly into OpenPlant Modeler CONNECT Edition.
• Models from PDMS can be converted stand alone with the Plant Exporter or with ProjectWise and Automation Services.
• Optionally browse the live PDMS project to select which parts of your PDMS project will be converted to i-models. Alternatively, using the provided PML macro, you can export your models and then use PlantSight E3D Bridge Extractor to convert the exported data to i-models.
• Custom mapping capabilities for mapping properties and classes when converting models to use the OpenPlant Schema. This allows a wide degree of flexibility when converting your PDMS data.
